Our Interconnect Technologies Division (ITD), Souriau-Sunbank By Eaton is looking for a Technical Support Clients to join our technical Support team in Tangier, Morocco.
What you’ll do:
The role main responsibility is to provide information to customers, distributors & internal teams in order to help to transform opportunities into Sales orders.
The Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients towards technical solutions developed at ITD: assist in establishing ITD product references, transmit client drawings and 3D models, clarify our product performances.
Respond to client inquiries about our products: status in the product lifecycle, REACH, IMDS, ROHS, etc.
When level of experience in this position is demonstrated:
Prepare and lead Product presentations and trainings for Customers or internal audience,
Participate to Continuous improvment (for process & tools) and/or adapt our service to market evolutions (ex: Reach, IMDS...)
