Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the HR Operations, which include but are not limited to associate relations, account-related audit compliance, training, and other HR functions.
Creates and supports retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve associate morale, satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Supports administration of HR policies, processes,the and procedures.
May train, mentor, and assist in the development of others.
Supports management and all associates within a site.
Assists the local HR team in delivery of overall responsibilities.
Provides general guidance and support on performance concerns and issues.
Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
