To support the Business Development Rep with administrative tasks and
duties to achieve income targets. Responsibilities:A Administration To
provide administrative support to the Business Development Rep To assist
with the completion of project quoting, customer contracts, and supply
house inquiries. To support the Business Development Unit with marketing
assistance To word-process documents (i.e. letters, correspondence,
reports, agendas, minutes) To organize and convene meetings as required
To take minutes of meetings as required To maintain Outlook Calendars of
the Business Development Team, including making appointments for the
Business Development representative to meet with employers through sales
calls, marketing, social media and other forms of marketing To manage
the Business Development email inbox and assign leads of each enquiry B
Customer Service : To act as a professional contact for companies and
clients, providing outstanding customer service To ensure good
communications with customers, providing timely and responsive feedback
against enquiries To contact clients as required To promote services and
products To carry out cold calling Must have an Associates Degree
Experience: Clerical experience: 2 years (Required) Microsoft Office: 2
