This is an in-office role that requires work in the Taylorville, IL office Monday - Friday.
Summary
The Billing Specialist is responsible for all invoicing related to a set group of clients (to be determined). The Billing Specialist will also act as a resource to support the efforts of the Billing Manager in any necessary role.
Essential Duties
Run daily/weekly invoice drafts and pertaining SOW detail
Ensure validity of all assigned client invoices including service revenue, shipping, printing, and material handling, as well as generate any necessary backup reports
Maintain all V3 programs related to clients assigned including marking billed projects
Assisting with month end reporting
Net Suite deposit and cash application support
Maintain Invoice Register
Prepare DG/FD Rebate Reports
Other tasks and duties that may arise to meet Driveline’s business needs
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Two years of billing experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based reporting
Ability to multi-task
Strong written and verbal communication
Teamwork and team facilitation, as well as client customer satisfaction
Ability to accept change with flexibility
