We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truss Assembler to join our team for a FULL TIME position in the Telford, PA area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on the Wall Panel Assembly Line and Roof Truss Assembly Line, performing general labor tasks, and ensuring the production of high-quality trusses and wall panels. Prior construction laborer/ worker experience is required for this position, general hand and power tools, and being able to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities
Work off of blueprints and drawings to set up large assembly tables for production.
Lay out lumber products such as 2x4's, 2x6's, and 2x8's in specified areas to assemble wall panels and roof trusses.
Place steel connector plates or gusset plates on all seams of the trusses to ensure joints are secured properly.
Use a framing hammer to attach plates to the framed panels.
Send the finished product to the Yard Department once assembled.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Handle a variety of other general production tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficient in using a framing hammer.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Minimum of 6 months of construction experience.
Capable of working in a manufacturing setting.
Mechanically inclined.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general labor, construction, or carpentry.
Experience with rough construction and framing.
Able to work in a warm/cold environment and may be exposed to outside elements at times.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
