The Program Coordinator performs a variety of duties related to the
support of Academic Support Network (ASN) for the Supplemental
Instruction (SI) Program on the Polytechnic campus. This position works
collaboratively with a cross-campus workgroup and campus-specific team
to provide direct supervision to assigned student staff including, but
not limited to, hiring, training, evaluating, and managing schedules.
This position will also assist in the delivery of training content for
ASNs student workers. This position is also responsible for assisting in
the deployment of ASNs 24/7 learning support model. Position will
support student staff involvement in ASN\'s 24/7 platform. This position
participates in Work+ training for professional staff, mentors ASNs
working learners in Work+, and assists in the evaluation of ASNs working
learners according to Work+ guidelines. This position will be under the
direct supervision of the Supplemental Instruction Program Manager.
