About the Team

DoorDash’s Law Enforcement Response Team (LERT) plays a critical role in ensuring the safety of our platform and the communities we serve. The team is responsible for responding to criminal legal process served to DoorDash, working closely with law enforcement agencies to support investigations while upholding user privacy and compliance standards. LERT operates in high-stakes, time-sensitive situations, requiring precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.

About the Role

As a Representative, Law Enforcement Response Team (LERT) at DoorDash, you will be at the forefront of handling criminal legal process requests served to the company. Your role will involve reviewing, processing, and responding to subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants in a timely and legally compliant manner, ensuring a balance between public safety, user privacy, and regulatory obligations.

This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive situations. You will collaborate closely with law enforcement agencies, internal legal teams, and cross-functional partners to uphold compliance standards while safeguarding the trust of our Consumers, Merchants, and Dashers.

There are multiple shift options for this role including evening and overnight.

The ability to be physically present in our corporate Tempe office is deemed essential as you will be responsible for facilitating in-person 1:1 meetings with your direct reports, connecting with cross-functional partners, immediate problem-solving, and nurturing a collaborative team environment. Due to the in-office presence, you must live within a commutable 50 miles of the office.
