Job description:
We currently have an opportunity for a Services Partner Funding & Incentive Manager who will work remotely in the US. The purpose of this role is to manage the funding and incentive programs for our strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, key responsibilities include the following:
Become the expert on various strategic partnership funding & incentive programs and own end-to-end processes
Train sales and partner team members on funding programs so that they understand when and how to utilize which programs
Support sales team members with questions on use of funding
Maintain current pipeline of all funding opportunities
Provide weekly and quarterly funding reports across multiple stakeholders within the organization, including Finance teams
Managing all aspects of programs associated with funding on services opportunities including Dell and partner required processes:
Ensure that all the partner processes across various programs are completed to receive funding
Work with project managers to ensure requirements are completed to get paid and invoice partner accordingly. This includes facilitation of engagements across multiple internal tools
Managing the complete lifecycle of support of each engagement
Work to perform tasks necessary to activate funding in new countries and resolve any issues
Own dependencies, raising blockers and owning through resolution
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years’ experience in the Microsoft Partner community and knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and Services. Additional experience in working with VMware, ServiceNOW and Google are a plus.
Ideal skills include:
Program management and organizational skills
Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Power BI
Excellent analytical mindset
Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills to collaborate across groups
Good all-around knowledge of Microsoft products and Dell services that relate to Microsoft technologies
Knowledge of internal Dell tools and processes across Services organization, including presales, delivery, project management and invoicing
Demonstrated initiative and positive can-do attitude
Attention to detail and structured thinking to anticipate for issues and problem solving
Ability to take on complex operational initiatives
Proactiveness in driving priorities and programs across a matrix organization
Familiarity with vendor management
