You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.
How you will contribute
You will:
Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers
Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales

Cómo contribuirás
Tus tareas:
Punto de contacto para tu cartera de clientes (Distribuidores y Mayoristas) para tareas asociadas a Customer Service.
Deberás dar soporte en la gestión de resolución de problemas y reclamos de los clientes, generalmente asociados a entregas y disponibilidad de stock. Trabajaras colaborativamente con los distribuidores para atender y solucionarás problemas para asegurar la máxima satisfacción del cliente.
Ayudarás a alcanzar los objetivos comerciales, los KPIs estan orientados a servicio al cliente (instock), Cycletime, oportunidades de mejora en distribucion de layou. Tambien deberas lograr colaboración entre las distintas areas de la empresa
Trabajarás sobre los KPI´s de desempeño, incluyendo el análisis de las causas por las cuales no se han cumplido los KPI´s y las iniciativas de mejora.
Utilizarás los datos de los clientes para supervisar la disponibilidad de stock y evitar quiebres en los distribuidores. Utilizarás esta información para impulsar la toma de decisiones a nivel interno y con el cliente con el fin de que se maximicen los niveles de servicio y las ventas

Experiencia en CS&L y clientes

We produce over 40 iconic and delicious brands with more than 400 products including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury and Tang, and local jewels like Cerealitas, Terrabusi and Clight, among others.
