Description and Requirements
岗位内容：
负责全球VMware平台的架构设计，实施部署，运维，故障处理等；
负责全球VMware平台的性能优化，基线设定，运维规范等标准输出；
保障全球服务器，VMware平台 7*24小时正常运行。
岗位要求：
精通Linux系统的实施部署，运维，故障处理等；
精通Linux下 LVS、HAproxy、keepalive、HAE、RHCS、Corosync；
精通VMware vSphere/VSAN/NSX/Horizon/产品;
熟悉系统及平台的架构设计、故障分析处理、系统调优、健康检查、安全修复等；
具备良好的英文书写及沟通能力;
有VCP、RHCE等认证优先。
