In the time frame 1999 - 2023, Continental invested over € 2.3 billion in its Romanian operations. All three group sectors of the corporation are represented in Romania. Monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and financial performance of plants;
Generating reports and analyzing data related to operations performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement;
Analyze the financial data and prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, others) and strategic reports (Balanced Scorecards) on location / business unit / division level;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and workflow management.
University degree in the field of economics or comparable qualification;
Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel;
Fluent in English written and spoken;
Good analytical and numerical skills;
Good assertiveness;
Sociability, confident and friendly demeanor in dealing with a wide variety of conversations and business partners;
Willingness and ability to work in a team.
