Description:
Individual will be reporting and supporting the Principals on projects.
Will work with internal team members, external contractors and clients to ensure projects are meeting requirements and deadlines.
Will be working on all phases on projects from preliminary design through construction administration.
Will be running projects independently from start to finish to produce full sets of construction documents in Revit or AutoCAD.
Assist with building code and permitting requirements on projects.
May assist in creating renderings, 3D models and marketing/client presentations.
Will mentor and assist with the development of junior level team members when needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related degree is required
Licensure or on track towards licensure is highly preferred
6 or more years of experience working at a traditional architecture firm
Experience working on commercial, hospitality and multifamily residential projects required
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, Revit is a plus
Proficient in Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite and Lumion are preferred
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
