Responsibilities:

The PH&R Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for the development and analysis of forecast and monitoring of actual operating expenses for PH portfolio (close to $3B sales from Uptravi, Opsumit and Opsynvi) and leads financial support for Retina launch. The finance manager supports 3 Directors of Marketing and their respective teams with a total operating budget $300MM. This position will take an active role in setting pricing for in-line brands and product launches and partner closely with all areas of the business to meet financial and business targets. Business scenario planning, analysis and providing prudent recommendations are other key responsibility of the role. Additional responsibilities can include supporting launch activities, partnering with Supply Chain for demand/supply planning, and collaborating with Research & Development for life cycle management opportunities.

This manager is the key business partner for day to day interactions with these teams as well as Pricing, GTN, Commercial Excellence and other support functions that interact with the brands. The candidate must also be able to partner externally with key stakeholders as needed and will have frequent interaction with the company President.

This position has direct responsibility to ensure compliance and financial reporting requirements are met as it relates to quarterly close, annual BP and forecast updates, LRFP, audits, investor relations communications, business processes and conduct and overall contribution income commitments. The finance manager will have significant responsibility presenting and reviewing all forecast and actual information with senior leadership within the operating units and finance team.

The manager will lead and develop a 2-member finance team.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance.

  • A MBA is preferred.

  • A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.

  • A minimum of 7 years of finance business experience is required.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry as well as public accounting is preferred.

  • Candidate must possess strong communication, analytical, conceptual, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications is required.

  • The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.

  • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Prior managerial/supervisory experience is required.

  • This position is located in Titusville, NJ.

  • This position requires up to 5% domestic travel

The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
