Job Title: Associate Product Manager, Performance Additives

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager, responsible for driving growth and market presence within the Americas. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our business unit's strategy by developing an in-depth understanding of the Performance Additives product portfolio.

• Dive deep into our Performance Additives product portfolio, gaining a strong understanding of the specific sub-segment and its needs within your assigned region.
• Partner with the regional segment team, technology team, and other stakeholders to develop and implement successful product strategies.
• Leverage your analytical skills to identify market opportunities and support the growth of your assigned segment.

Responsibilities Include:
Profitability management
Execute regional price walk-lines and understand guidelines to the Commercial Teams
Understand and manage price exceptions
Execute tactical pricing as per guidance from Senior PM
Product Portfolio management
Asset Utilization
Support and Execute Product Allocation to orders based on input from Senior Product Manager
Manage and optimize MTO/MTS together with the Regional Segment Leaders/Senior PM aligned to PLM Strategy
Support Meeting of Inventory targets within the Region through SMI/OOS/Expiring outflow push with Regional Segments
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Proficient in chemical and technical concepts
Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Proven experience in project management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable business decisions
Excellent presentation skills
Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Strong team player with excellent participation skills
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently with high motivation and attention to detail
The following are preferred for the role
1+ years of experience in the Silicone Industry
Experience with SAP, particularly the SAP R3 system
A background in sales (territory or sales management)
Experience in Technology, SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), or Operations demonstrates a strong understanding of supply chain management.
Knowledge of Arkieva, a leading supply chain software solution
