■General Mission

Technical support and promotion of SIEMENS innovative products and solutions to customers and business

partners.

■Details

• Technical knowledge of entire SIEMENS low voltage components and systems for technical consultation

• Provide technical support for low voltage components and systems.

• Provide technical support and training to Partners and Customers

• Troubleshoot software, connectivity and hardware issues for customers via phone, email

Required skills

• Factory Automation and Process Automation

• Communication skills

• Language skills: fluent Japanese and basic English

• Logical thinking and Problem solving skills

• Communication with customer/business partner

Required Knowledge

• Basic understanding of industrial low voltage components

• industrial automation and electrical engineering knowledge

-low voltage components, energy management components

Required experience （More than one is preferable）

• Work for factory/process automation industry

• Technical support

• Engineering, Field support

• Troubleshooting/Fault analysis.

具体的には下記業務にあたっていただきます。

・シーメンスの低圧制御機器及びシステムのコンサルティング

・シーメンスの低圧制御機器の技術サポート

・顧客、パートナー企業への技術サポートやトレーニング

・顧客への電話、メールによるトラブル対応

-プロセスオートメーションもしくはファクトリーオートメーションでの業務経験

-コミュニケーションスキル

-日本語と基礎的な英語力

-ロジカルシンキングと問題解決能力

-顧客やビジネスパートナーとの折衝

-低圧制御機器製品への基本的な知識と理解

-産業用制御機器、配電機器を使用したアプリケーションの一般的な知識
