セールスコールの規則的パータンの開発及び維持
予約販売や関連するビジネスを拡大するアクションプランの準備及び実行
電話・ファックス・メールによるご予約の記録及び処理
予約待ちリスト受け付け
延泊、減泊等のご予約修正処理
“No show”予約の調査及び記録の管理
団体やコンベンションへの特別な請求処理の記録
信用承認を必要とするすべての予約をフロントマネージャーもしくは経理マネージャーと連絡をとる
特別料金/申込/販促の知識の維持
予約水準を監視と現在及び将来稼働率のマネージャーへの報告
要請されたレポート準備（例えば、旅行代理店、商社などへ）
予約販売レポート準備
必要なスキル
オペレーターとしての予約管理業務経験（1年以上）もしくはフロントオフィスでの業務経験（1年以上）
日本語・英語：ビジネスレベル以上
