As a Senior Amazon Customer Experience System Manager (ACES) in Amazon Logistics'(AMZL) Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team in Japan, you will lead the development of next-generation AMZL leaders. This high-visibility role focuses on building and executing training programs that enhance employee and Delivery Partner performance, safety, and experience while supporting Amazon's rapid logistics network growth.

Key job responsibilities
-Design and execute scalable training programs for Field Operations and Corporate teams
-Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions (classroom and floor-based)
-End-to-end ownership of training programs from needs analysis to execution
-Measure and assess leadership development initiatives' impact
-Implement continuous improvement based on data and feedback
-Identify and address gaps in learning content
-Create training materials including eLearning modules, videos, and presentations
-Develop interactive assessments and scenario-based learning
-Collaborate with AMZL Academy, Human Resources, Operations Leadership, and Field Operations teams
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years’ experience as a learning and development professional or equivalent experience
Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
Business level English and Japanese (writing, speaking and facilitating large audience)
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years’ experience as a program manager working in logistics, operations, supply chain or transportation.
Experience using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, VLOOKUP, VBA, data links, etc.
Interest in driving and testing short-term tangible improvements to determine the right long-term solution and investment to effectively train our employees and Delivery Partners.
Proven ability to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
Experience of managing teams.
