[Event Coordinator manages assigned events to ensure smooth and successful events at the facility.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Act as liaison and primary point of contact with client to plan and implement all aspects of]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[event through conclusion.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Ascertain clients' requirements for set-up, security, ticketing, etc.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Communicate event requirements to appropriate departments.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Coordinate procurement of proper insurance coverage for events.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Oversee operations, maintenance, contractors, etc. to assure event requirements are]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[addressed and met.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Prepare cost estimates and monitor final billings.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Provide client with updates and changes in cost estimates.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Initiate required paperwork.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Provide guidance and supervision to service staff during events.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Act as "point person" for outside promoters.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Manage Guest Services, Maintenance, and Security employees during events.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}

[QUALIFICATIONS:]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Bachelor degree or a combination of training and 2-3 years of related experience.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
[• Good communication and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 13pt"=""}
