Join Moneris as a Senior Product Manager, Retail Solutions and lead the way in empowering Canadian small and medium businesses (SMB) through innovative technology. For this portfolio, Moneris collaborates with a leading software partner to offer integrated POS and eCommerce solutions. In this role, you will help align product strategy, ensure go-to-market readiness, and drive merchant adoption.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director of Product
Your Moneris Career – What You’ll Do
· Lead the product roadmap with a focus on setting OKRs that align with Moneris’ strategic mission, in partnership with the Director of Product
· Define, execute, and own the end-to-end user experience across the entire product journey – from product discover and onboarding from onboarding to retention, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized.
· Work closely with a strategic software partner to influence the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Moneris' business objectives and the needs of SMB retailers.
· Actively solicit feedback from merchants and teams to inform product strategy and prioritization.
· Define and communicate the business value of product features, developing business cases and supporting messaging for marketing and customer outreach.
· Manage the product commercialization strategy, including go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and internal readiness to drive adoption and revenue growth.
· Own product success by setting performance metrics, tracking results, and making data-driven adjustments to achieve business objectives.
· Oversee product P&L (profit and loss), contributing to strategic discussions on market positioning and identifying growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with other product teams, to align and prioritize key features and enhancements that that impact your product roadmap.
Your Moneris Career – What You Bring
· 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Product Management: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products.
· Proven experience in: ability to influence partners; effectively engage and align with internal and external stakeholders.
· Technical understanding of software development lifecycle: Hands-on experience developing digital solutions.
· Experience in scrum/agile methodologies: Experienced in navigating product development processes and collaborating in agile environments.
· Experience in go-to-market planning: sales enablement, product marketing, operational readiness, and driving adoption within a B2B environment.
· End-to-end design thinking: Ability to empathize with users and create seamless experiences across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to retention.
· Experience in SMB SaaS and payments: Experience building and scaling technology solutions for small and medium businesses, with a strong understanding of payment ecosystems.
· Knowledge of retail POS and eCommerce solutions: Strong grasp of SMB retailer needs, particularly in integrated point-of-sale systems and eCommerce platforms.
· Entrepreneurial mindset: Able to navigate through complex situations and can lead cross-functional stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
· Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
