Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a BSA to join a boutique financial services firm to support their payment and money movement teams. The role will be hybrid in office 2-3 days Downtown Toronto. As a Business System Analyst for Peoples Group team, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing the business processes and requirements associated with our payments system and ledger system. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including technology, operations, and compliance, to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements, new features, and regulatory changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation, including product operations, compliance, and product launch processes.

o e-Transfers and Real-time Rail
o Transaction Orchestration Layer
o All Payments System (APS)

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a technical BSA
- Strong business acumen with experience and ability to speak with clients as well as internal stakeholders
- Experience working closely with API specs and technical documents
- Databases, data mapping
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for managing project requirements, tasks, and documentation.
- Familiar with E-transfers, TOL (Transaction Orchestration Layer) or All Payments System (APS)
- Familiarity with ISO20022, CPA, Swift, real time rail, OSFI, visa/mastercard, interac etc - FinTech or startup experience null
