Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to improve business processes and system workflows at a leading bank in Downtown Toronto. This role involves collaborating with IT teams, staying updated on industry trends, conducting testing and debugging, and creating performance reports. The Business Analyst will also lead project management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve business processes and workflows.
Collaborate with IT on solutions and stay updated on industry trends.
Conduct testing, debugging, and create performance reports.
Lead project management, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Explain processes, risks, and mitigation techniques.
Resolve strategic issues and monitor performance.
Lead change management plans and prepare end-user materials.
Analyze third-party software and document requirements.
Ensure software quality, validate requirements, and develop data collection systems.
Analyze and clean data, provide data analysis reports, and recommend process improvements.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of Business Analyst experience.
SQL proficiency.
Mock-up design experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Requirements gathering expertise.
Data visualization skills, preferably with Power BI.
Previous experience with APS (Asset Portfolio Management systems). Experience with APS (Asset Portfolio Management systems).
Experience in Commercial Lending and Customer Data Management.
