Insight Global is looking for a Business Data Analyst to join one of our largest banking clients in Toronto. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial banking and will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. They should be highly inquisitive, capable of identifying patterns in data, and comfortable questioning business processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Skills and Requirements
5-7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst
Background in commercial banking
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries
Ability to analyze data at both a system and process level
Strong communication skills to ask the right business questions and interpret data-driven insights
Understanding of technical components and system flows Experience with Python and Excel null
