Job Description
We are seeking a Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing efficiencies and optimizations in various processes. You will maintain thorough documentation of all activities and findings, and collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including ATM usage, bills, supply chain, and logistics, to develop creative solutions. Additionally, you will document requirements provided to vendors and translate them into Word documents or PowerPoint presentations. You will manage vendor relationships and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment and progress, and lead and drive two key projects to successful completion.
