Wealth Management Associate
POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for completing the settlement processing for all deceased clients’ assets. The individual should be a strong team player who enjoys and excels working in a challenging, fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable working on multiple applications and handling all account types and different products such as Mutual Funds, GICs, Stocks, Bonds, etc., with a focus on providing an exceptional client experience. The individual will be responsible for handling all types of client requests accurately and effectively, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner for the settlement of estate assets.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Interpreting and analyzing documentation for the settlement of all account types and a variety of products for a deceased client’s estate.
Processing the settlement of all deceased client accounts, including redemptions, transfers, account and tax adjustments, service set-up, account set-ups, and non-resident processing.
Ensuring the processing of documents based on client requests received and completing them according to company policy, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an investment or financial services environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Mutual Fund and Financial Industry knowledge and experience is an asset.
