Description
We are in search of a temporary Sales Assistant based in Torrance, California. This role is integral to our team, with a focus on supporting sales processes, handling order entry, and maintaining customer records. We offer a long term contract employment opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and handle orders received through various channels ensuring pricing and order details are correct
• Maintain and update records of sales orders and returns
• Utilize software systems such as Microsoft 365 for efficient order processing
• Support the sales activities across multiple divisions, coordinating for smooth operations
• Contribute to the management of e-commerce operations including order processing and coordination with online sales platforms
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with other tasks related to sales as required.
Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Concur software
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to utilize Crystal Reports
• Data Processing skills
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
• Understanding of Buying Processes
• Experience in Cash Activity management
• Proficiency in Cash Handling
