Roles & Responsibilities:

RTCC mission (Technical Command Control Manager):

The RTCC is responsible for the development activities of the control part (electronics, software and electrical) on the projects assigned to it.

The RTCC can also take on the role of software developer depending on the complexity of the projects assigned to it.

Responsibilities exercised:

• The RTCC must ensure that customer requirements linked to control and order activities are taken into account

• The RTCC is responsible for technical reporting to the RTCC team manager.

• The RTCC has a duty to alert the System Engineer and Manager of the RTCC division about the risks encountered.

• The RTCC must ensure that the contractual project deliverables for control-order activities are delivered without delay.

• The RTCC must respect the budget allocated to control-command activities.

• The RTCC must lead the employees in his charge on the projects assigned to him.

• The RTCC must ensure the conformity of the product delivered to the client according to the maturity of the project.

• The RTCC can combine the roles of RTCC and software designer depending on the size and complexity of the project.

The position is 100% on site Saint Pierre Des Corps

The RTCC is required to travel for meetings or testing activities in France or abroad. These trips are short, at most 3 to 4 times a year.

Experience :

• BAC+5 with experience of at least 5 years in industry, in a design office or methods.

• BAC+2 (type DUT GEII/BTS MAI) with experience of at least 10 years in industry, in a design office or methods.

Required Skills :

Expertise :

• Sense of communication with the customer.

• Planning and budget management.

• Team coordination.

• Automation: Grafcet - Function Chart or Sequential Function Chart (SFC),

UML - design of a system

o Mandatory: C (MISRA-C)

o Optional: C++, VHDL, Python, Perl

• General knowledge of “V” cycle software development, automation, electronics and command control desired.

Electrical activities:

o Choice of electrical components

o Electrical synoptic

o Wiring diagram

o Strand diagram

• Knowledge of electromechanical aspects.

• Comfortable in writing requirements specifications, expert reports, technical definitions.

• Advanced English required (holding a conversation and writing technical specifications).

Necessary qualification(s):

• Electrical authorizations (H0; BR; BE Test – TBT; BT; HTA
