The Parts Crib Attendant will order and maintain inventory of parts as well as follow our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.

  • Enter data into the inventory system on receipts, consumption, and disbursement or parts.

  • Contact vendors for needed repairs.

  • Order and distribute parts for the maintenance department.

  • Maintain stock parts and parts room in an organized and clean status.

  • May assist with mold and neck tooling changes.

  • Assist maintenance staff with mechanical repairs.

  • Adhere to department budget and provide weekly reports to the department manager.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Starting Pay Rate:

$24.00

Minimum Requirements:

  • Familiarity with tools and mechanical/electrical components necessary for the position.

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervisory oversight, attentive to detail, and be highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma, Associates degree (or higher) in a technical field is strongly preferred.

  • Five (5) years related experience supporting maintenance functions in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
