Responsible for a scope vital to the long-term success of the group, setting strategy, managing activities of a complex nature where there may be no precedents available, making decisions that impact the current and future direction of the group, overseeing the overall development of validation, the creation and documentation of modeling plans to engineering team, providing explanation of SOR or SPEC to whole group, leading failure analysis and test jig design, controlling and monitoring group workflow and quality by ISO and development schedule, developing new technology to improve development quality and efficiency. These skills are used to work in cross functional teams within the organization to deliver products that meet customer and company requirements. The Engineer must develop trust and teamwork, while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and achievement for all employees while utilizing F.tech R&D's philosophy and guiding principles for decisions and actions. The Engineer may be required to support multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams to achieve total customer satisfaction and to meet quality standards and procedures
