Robert Half is seeking a Part-time Content Creator to support our local client with Social Media and Marketing projects as needed in Troy, Michigan. This role involves the creation and management of engaging content for various social media platforms. The individual will be responsible for managing and growing the company's online presence through the development of compelling content, engaging with online community, and monitoring social media accounts. This is an ongoing part-time employment opportunity, offering flexible schedules and remote work. The Content Creator will be able to work from home but must be able to come into the office to document content for events, new product information, or promotions.


• Develop and implement creative and engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Utilize tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite to monitor and analyze social media performance and trends.

• Create visually appealing content using graphic design tools such as Canva.

• Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, and other digital platforms.

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including the creation of sizzle reels and video content.

• Utilize skills in photography to create visually compelling content.

• Engage with online community by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.

• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from the online community.

• Support the CEO and Marketing Manager with other marketing related tasks as needed with urgency.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Marketing Specialist, Content Creator, Social Media Coordinator or similar role within the manufacturing or automotive industry.

• Proficiency in the use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.

• Demonstrable experience with social media management tools, particularly Facebook Insights and Hootsuite.

• Proven track record of creating engaging content across various formats, with an emphasis on video content and photography.

• Experience with Reels, video content, and blogging.

• Ability to plan, strategize and execute successful social media campaigns.

• Experience in creating sizzle reels as part of a broader content strategy.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrable creativity and innovation in content creation.

Must be able to work in Troy office and remotely as needed but flexibility to adjust on demand.
