Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments
Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems
Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data protection
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Manager of IT Operations or similar role
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
