Description:
The Validation Engineer is responsible for the overall development of validation, the creation & documentation of modeling plans to the engineering team and leading in failure analysis and test jig design.
Complete FEA modeling setup to ensure accurate analysis
Create project reports and manager multiple projects
Act as a liaison between customer and different groups within the company
Evaluate validation requirement from customer and develop adequate test methods & design jigs
Create test reports and present to customers
Lead product testing and coordinate various activities
Document test procedures, programs and test systems
Qualifications
1+ Years of Validation related engineering experience
Experience using Hypermesh or Abaqus simulation software
Knowledge of Metal Fatigue, NVH (Noise, vibration and harshness) and automotive chassis
FEA experience
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
NICE HAVE
5+ Years of Validation engineering experience supporting the automotive industry
Skillful in all software's including: Hypermesh, Abaqus, Ncode/DesignLife, Nastran
Experience is 3D and 2D drawings
Experience in data acquisition systems
Knowledge in metal fatigue
