Job Title: Facilities AdministratorJob Description
We are seeking a Facilities Administrator to coordinate and manage all facilities maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing work orders, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring proper scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks, and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors. This role also involves managing accounts and budgets related to facilities management and ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all facilities maintenance activities
Create and manage work orders, purchase orders, and invoices
Ensure proper scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks
Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating pricing and contracts as needed
Schedule meetings and appointments for facilities team and management as needed
Manage accounts and budgets related to facilities management
Resolve conflicts and issues related to facilities management and operations
Maintain and manage the maintenance management system
Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
Respond to emergency situations and provide guidance as needed
Implement and maintain best practices for facilities management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Resilient and able to work under pressure
Work Environment
This role is based in a small office environment with 5-8 people present at any given time. The work area is an open front desk area. The schedule is Monday to Friday, either 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
