Role Summary
Raytheon is seeking a seasoned property professional to join our Government Property Compliance Execution team within Supply Chain Operations. This dynamic and innovative team plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management of Government and Customer-owned property while maintaining full compliance with Raytheon business processes, contract requirements, and federal regulations.
The manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering impactful presentations, driving process improvements, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve integrated, seamless, and timely results.
What You Will Do:
Ensure compliance with property management processes and regulations across Raytheon.
Maintain the DCMA-approved RTX Government Property Compliance process.
Plan, lead, and conduct assessments of Government property management systems at Raytheon locations.
Collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure Government property compliance aligns with FAR, DFARS, and all other applicable Government regulations.
Ensure compliance with Raytheon’s Government property management policies and procedures.
Leverage CORE principles to drive successful process improvements that enhance compliance and streamline processes.
Utilize extensive expertise in property management to effectively communicate, influence decision-making, and drive action among internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
8 years of experience as a compliance auditor, in supply chain management (strategic or acquisition capacity), Government contracting, or a related field.
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).
Experience with and In-depth knowledge in all 10 property outcomes.
Experience analyzing complex data, identifying patterns, and developing insightful solutions.
Ability to work autonomously, with a virtual team, and in-person with site personnel.
Ability to schedule own travel and submit expenses.
Experience in data analytics, business acumen, or business intelligence.
Experience leveraging automation best practices and tools to enhance supply chain processes and efficiencies.
Experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Travel required (approximately 30%).
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
National Property Management Association (NPMA) CPPM certification.
Experience leading successful Government Property Contractor Self-Assessments.
Experience with SAP (APEX/PRISM).

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
