Insight Global Media Service Technician in Tucson, Arizona

Job Description

A leading company in the Public Safety space is seeking a sharp and driven Media Service Technician to support their redaction procedures. In this role, you'll be the direct point on contact on-site for Tucson Police Department playing a key role in supporting the redaction process and managing digital evidence for sharing. You will be looked upon as an expert in the use of their products to achieve timely production of redacted evidence and will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to establish a high-functioning process and overcome challenges, to ensure technical quality of redactions. As someone that wears multiple hats, you will continually be focused on making your customer more efficient and more confident within their daily workflows.

Day to Day:

Work-onsite at the Tucson Police Department to support their public safety program

Achieve proficiency in redaction process, including the interpretation of redaction guidelines

Provide technical assistance to county precincts, troubleshoot devices and assist with product training

Analyze data and create reports for agency leadership

Manage all duties within the scope of product-specific role assignments

Interpret policy and law to advise best practices to county leadership

Provide feedback to continuously improve the client's public safety program and ensure customer satisfaction

Participate in regular meetings with the embedded team, county representatives and external agencies

Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to meet client objectives, customer expectations and complete tasks with regard to priority status

Skills and Requirements

1+ years experience criminal justice exposure (public safety/emergency medical/911 dispatch)

Sharp personality and desire to grow with the company

Proficient with Windows OS, mobile devices, and cloud-based solutions Bachelors Degree

Experience with editing/redacting media previously

Bilingual null
