Role Summary : As the Talent Development (TD) Representative, you will report to the Manager, Talent Development and will be an integral part of a dynamic team. You will bring your initiative, technical aptitude, business acumen, and fresh approach in providing support for leader development courses, team facilitators, and business area SMEs. The Talent Development Representative ensures scheduling and management of communications with participants runs smoothly, handles LMS administration, manages education assistance, in addition to other responsibilities that maintain quality and efficiency for the team. You will assist and co-lead course and training initiatives. Proficiency in Excel is required to provide frequent reporting, and any experience with Power BI, CourseMill (or other LMS platforms), and the ability to learn new technologies quickly will be beneficial. This position is currently eligible for a hybrid schedule.

What You Will Do

Help with duties and responsibilities related to all aspects of developmental training activities.

Assist in the daily administration of various developmental training functions including:

  • Training programs

  • Needs analyses

  • Course evaluations

  • Learning Management Systems

Assist with facilitating and coordinating workshops and training sessions related to employee and management development.

Provide assistance preparing, processing and verifying related recommendations from various sources including:

  • Correspondence

  • Research statistics

  • Training guides and catalogs

  • Testing/evaluation documentation

  • Training modules

Provide administrative related guidance and information to employees, supervisors, managers, executives, vendors, and others regarding training needs and program development.

Help with the compilation, verification and preparation of information and reports including:

  • Participant training guides

  • Trainers' guides

  • Testing/evaluation documentation

  • Training catalogs

  • Correspondence

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Employee may perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Need

Preferred associate's degree human resources, organizational development, business administration, other related field

Knowledge of human resources policies and programs related to training and employee development.

Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including computers and applicable software such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge and training related to:

  • Learning Management System (LMS) and report writer applications

  • Interpersonal/communication skills

  • Corporate organization structure

  • Leadership development training programs

Demonstrated ability researching, analyzing, and preparing reports, questionnaires, surveys, scripts, policies, procedures, correspondence and budget information.

Demonstrated ability reading and interpreting manuals, reports, vendor proposals, governmental regulations, training materials, job information, policies, procedures and correspondence.

Demonstrated ability developing information and making formal presentations.

Read and write fluently in English.

Minimum Applicable driver's license

Lift or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds frequently; up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings and job sites out of doors.

Operate office tools and equipment required.

Communicate and exchange information; conduct oral presentations.

Visual abilities to perform job responsibilities.
