As the Materials Process Manager, you will get possibility to exhibit your expertise in materials management in exceling business objectives in EMEA region for Eaton’s Vehicle 4 sites. The main responsibilities will be ensuring right inventory level, timely reporting and standardization process across the sites, deep dive analysis and actions, best practice sharing. As part of regional team you will take part in Materials Strategy definition and Materials Management Assessment process including support for OFI tracking and implementation. Lastly you will act as Subject Matter Expert and Functional Excellence in the region related to assigned responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop controls, systems, processes and tools to give visibility to inventory on a continuous basis at plant and regional level.

  • Lead the optimization of the Inventory level of all plants of EMEA region defining action plans with Materials managers and all the other functions (SCM, Quality etc).

  • Monitor sites in timely updates of min-max adjustments, trend analysis, materials playbook.

  • Analyze data, including enterprise requirement planning information, and prepares reports as needed for execution and recommended action in order to optimize all ledger results (E&O, DOH, DOH, Freights and others).

  • Lead Intercompany SIOP for the region: alignment with plants, analysis and report out including monthly reviews with Global Team.

  • Lead plants to improve Order management performance (On time delivery) sharing best practices and follow up trends and actions.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve customer service, inventory and operational performance to divisional and plant leadership.

  • Develop with IT new Business Intelligence reports and functionalities.

  • Coordinate suppliers capacity analysis and prepare reports and actions plans.

  • Support Materials Management Assessment in the region with OFI tracking and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain Area (Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehouse, Customer Service) or consultancy experience in Manufacturing & SCM area.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of ERP system.

  • Knowledge of Materials Management.

  • Lean exposure.

  • Experienced in MS Office (especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint,) and BI.

  • Ability to define problems, eliminate root cause and create supply chain solutions and/or process improvements.

  • CPIM certification is a plus Position Criteria.

  • Strong oral/written communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrated time management abilities and willingness to take initiative and drive results.

  • Proven track record of solving complex problems.
