Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all aspects of our production facility, including mechanical and electrical repairs. You will start out performing preventative maintenance to learn the equipment and will work on the 1st shift for at least three months. Your duties will involve maintaining and repairing a variety of machinery including automated machinery, mill machines, compression machines, conveyors, industrial washers and dryers, mixer machines, injection mold machines, presses, dies, CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and vacuum pumps. You will also troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and respond to equipment breakdowns.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain all aspects of the production facility
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs (training available for electrical)
Start with preventative maintenance to learn equipment
Maintain and repair machinery including automated machinery, mill machines, compression machines, conveyors, industrial washers and dryers, mixer machines, injection mold machines, presses, dies, CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and vacuum pumps
Respond to equipment breakdowns
Complete work orders as scheduled
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Work with hydraulic pumps and proxy switches
Perform preventative maintenance on machines
Maintain and install facilities as needed (excluding painting, plumbing, janitorial tasks)
Follow all safety guidelines
Work with 240V, 277V, and 480V electrical systems
Perform computer skills tasks for presses and Siemens PLCs
Log and record preventative maintenance in the system
Essential Skills
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience with hydraulics
Comfortable working around industrial electricity (training available)
Strong troubleshooting ability on industrial equipment
Own basic tools (specialty tools provided)

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $64480.00/yr.
