Description
As part of a global telecom provider, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of our infrastructure strategy, as well as analyzing new requirements and troubleshooting issues. You will also assist with defining and enforcing IT Policies and Procedures and participate in cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute infrastructure strategies, ensuring high system availability for business systems.
• Analyze new requirements and develop technical solutions to meet these needs.
• Maintain infrastructure, including Servers, PCs, Thin Client Terminals, HMI Units, Routers/Switches, Wireless Access Points, Mobile Scanners, Printers.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement appropriate solutions to maintain system efficiency.
• Assist with defining and enforcing IT Policies and Procedures to ensure system security and integrity.
• Manage telecommunications, including Mitel VOIP and MDM Management and support.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management, including imaging, deployment, tracking, reclamation, and disposal.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with IT colleagues, internal customers, and end users.
• Utilize skills in Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, EO/IR systems, Firewall Technologies, Microsoft, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Design, Mitel, VoIP System, VoIP, MDM Technologies, Router Switches, Network Switches.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies.
• Understanding of Firewall Technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Backup Technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware.
• Experience with Configuration Management.
• Ability to Design and implement network infrastructure.
• Experience with Mitel and VoIP System.
• Understanding of VoIP and MDM Technologies.
• Proficiency in Router Switches and Network Switches.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located.
