- Must have a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff
- Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
- Take call in orders accurately and with a positive attitude
- Help food preparation staff when necessary
- Keep lobby clean and bathrooms clean
- Respectable to customers and staff
- Dependable and reliable, must have own transportation
- Honest and be punctual a must
- Keep steam table clean and stocked
- Must wear a hair net, gloves
- Keep serving area stocked with supplies
- No eating on the line or chewing gum on the line
- Must be able to get along with staff
**Cashier
Communication: Cashier must be able to communicate with people all day, including customers, coworkers and managers.
Math skills: Cashier needs to be able to perform basic math calculations. **
- Must be able to count out the change to back to the customers when they pay with cash.
Interpersonal skills: Cashier must have a personal demeanor and be friendly and helpful and respectful to customers and staff.
- Cashier must be multitasking and time management.
- Prepping sauces, Getting drinks ready, keeping lobby clean, bathrooms clean.
- Taking call in orders(politely) Taking drive thru orders.(politely)
Integrity: Cashiers work with large amounts of money each day and are held accountable for the payments received and distributed during their shift.
- Must be honest and trustworthy.
