We are looking for a Software Development Manager (x|f|m) within Digital Solutions at Sartorius Stedim Data Analytics AB. The position is a hybrid role where you will work some days onsite in Umea and some days remotely.
Are you currently working as a (Lead) Developer, working as a Tester or Quality person in a regulated environment?
Then take the next step as a Software Development Manager at Sartorius and be responsible for an agile software development team, take over technical tasks from the team and contribute to the product development of our data analytics solution Umetrics Suite.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
As part of the project work, you take responsibility for e.g. development, testing and you support your team in achieving the agreed goals
You will provide support during customer audits for our software products and ensure that the necessary documentation of the development process is provided in advance
As part of your manager role you will lead and coach a team of software developers, testers and support engineers
You will ensure continuous improvement of team dynamics and output as well as the technologies, processes and tools used
Contribute to our software roadmap, budget and resource planning and be involved in the recruitment of team members as required
What will convince us
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, systems engineering or a comparable discipline
This is complemented by proven professional experience in software development, preferably in a lead developer role
If you already have some experience from a management role, this is an advantage but not essential, as you will be given the opportunity to develop at Sartorius
Experience in the C++ programming language and agile software development methods is a prerequisite
Ideally you have already gained experience in supporting internal and external audits and process documentation
Y ou describe yourself as a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills in English and strong networking skills
