Wright's Repairs, LLC, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Technicians and/or Road Service Technicians. If you have experience in heavy equipment repair and heavy truck repair, along with a willingness to learn hydraulic hose repair, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment and trucks.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Learn and master hydraulic hose repair techniques.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in heavy equipment repair and heavy truck repair.
• Willingness to learn hydraulic hose repair.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $20 per hour, based on experience.
• Full-time position with 40+ weekly hours.
• Weekend and off shift work is optional!

• $1,500 annual tool allowance.
