Numerator Assoc. Mgr., Talent Acquisition in Vadodara, India

As an Associate Manager of Talent Acquisition at Numerator, you will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent to support the company's growth and success.

You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, participate in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.

Responsibilities: -

  • Deliver against hiring targets and build effective working relationships with the global recruiting team, hiring managers/interviewers, and the leadership team

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within the company

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create job descriptions that accurately represent the role and requirements

  • Manage the end-to end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening and selection

  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters to achieve quarterly objectives.

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

  • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

  • Audit ATS system regularly to ensure data integrity and accuracy

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • 2+ years experience in managing people.

  • Ability to develop and manage a team of recruiters.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, while willing to learn a new tool, Hirebridge.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
