As a Production Supervisor, you will role model Weyerhaeusers core values of safety, integrity, citizenship, sustainability, and inclusion by working with other leaders and your team to create a positive environment with open, honest communication among associates. A large part of success in this role involves tactical and operational planning, direction-setting, and leadership to meet and exceed New Berns operational goals through quality work execution, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
