Aston Carter Technical Service Representative in Vancouver, British Columbia

Description:

10 Full Time positions

5 Part time positions

These agents are required to support customers with any inquiries related to internet/phone products. Work with multiple monitors, will troubleshoot customer problems online, book technicians if needed. they can reboot customer hardware.

  • Answering inbound calls

  • Some chat inquiries

  • Some email inquiries

Fast paced environment, 5-10 seconds between calls. Calls vary in length and complexity typically 15-20 mins but could run up to an hour. Average 4 calls per hour.

Multitasking is crucial for success in this role.

Using MS Office to communicate with the team and log notes.

MUST HAVE:

  • 1 years Customer Service experience - retail, call center, hospitality,

  • Strong command of English written/spoken.

  • Must pass crim /credit check

  • Must have WFH capabilities - Must be able to hardwire into internet.

  • Full Schedule Availability

  • Education in telecom

  • Tenure and growth in previous roles.
