CNC Programmer (Computer Numerical Control Programmer) in
VICTORIA, Texas
Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs based on blueprints and CAD designs.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring accurate production of parts.
- Perform quality checks using measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make program adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve processes.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, Fusion 360).
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of machining operations and toolpath strategies.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or certification in CNC machining or manufacturing.
- Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.
- Or 3 years of CNC programming experience.
