Description:
Hybrid at HQ (2-3x/week)
Develops program governance processes
Works with leaders to implement into operations via training and consultation
Manages succession planning
Develops and manages documentation templates/toolkits
Monthly data reporting
Empowers ERG leadership teams to set and reach their respective ERG goals
Coordinates vendor management and ERG budget breakdowns
Manages deliverable tracking support for all ERG activities, as it connects to broader DIB Team
Manages new ERG member additions to channels
Supports tool access for ERG leaders/collaborators (e.g. Sharepoint).
