Job Description
Gamina mikrogardelių reagentus:
o Tikrina gamybos protokoluose reikalingus medžiagų kiekius.
o Paruošia darbo vietą ir užsako medžiagas iš sandėlio ar kitų padalinių.
o Atlieka produktų didmenos („bulk“) formulavimą ir kokybės įvertinimus.
o Gamina produktus: sveria medžiagas ir komponentus, tirpina, nutitruoja reikiamą tirpalo pH reikšmę.
o Atlieka sterilų produkto filtravimą.
• Išpilsto produktą į reikiamą tarą ir jį identifikuoja (maketuoja ir spausdina etiketes, jas pildo ir klijuoja).
• Atlieka produkto fizikinių savybių (tirpalo tankio, elektrinio laidumo), koncentracijos, aktyvumo matavimus.
• Organizuoja savalaikį mėginių, skirtų kokybinei ir funkcinei analizėms paėmimą ir perdavimą kokybės kontrolės analitikams.
• Sandėliuoja didmeną.
• Seka veiklai reikalingos įrangos ir matavimo prietaisų priežiūrą, informuoja padalinio vadovą apie būtiną savalaikį remontą, seka patikras ir užsako atsargines dalis.
• Seka ir užtikrina gamybai naudojamų žaliavų ir komponentų saugų lygį .
• Įsisavina naujas metodikas ir naujų didmenų gamybą.
• Tinkamai ir laiku pildo dokumentaciją.
• Dalyvauja naujų produktų kūrime ir diegime į gamybą.
Produce microarray reagents:
o checks the quantities of materials required in production protocols.
o prepares the workplace and orders materials from the warehouse or other departments.
o performs bulk formulation and quality assessments of products.
o manufactures products: weighs materials and components, dissolves, titrates the required pH of the solution.
o performs sterile product filtration.
• Packs the product into the required packaging (prints labels).
• Performs measurements of product physical properties (solution density, electrical conductivity), concentration, activity.
• Organizes sampling and transmission of samples for QC analysis to quality control analysts.
• Stores bulks.
• Follows the maintenance of the equipment and measuring devices required for the operation, informs the manager about the necessary timely repairs, follows the inspections and orders spare parts.
• Adopts new methodologies and new product manufacturing.
• Timely completes documentation.
• Participates in the development and implementation of new products in production.
The total base pay range is €23,800.00 to €31,700.00.
This translates to a monthly salary range of approximately €1,983.33 to €2,641.67 before taxes.
