Description We are in search of a diligent Data Entry Clerk to become a part of our team in Vineland, New Jersey. The role involves entering data, managing Excel spreadsheets, scanning documents, processing truck tickets, and ensuring organized filing for our delivery printouts. This position is based on-site and offers a contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately input data into our systems in a timely manner
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and manage data
• Scan necessary documents and ensure they are properly stored
• Process truck tickets as part of our delivery management system
• Print out delivery documents and ensure they are properly filed
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
• Respond to inquiries regarding data entry or related tasks
• Collaborate with the team to achieve efficient data processing
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within given deadlines
• Uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity. Requirements • Proficient in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Competent in using Microsoft Excel for data organization, manipulation, and analysis
• Skilled in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting
• Able to manage and organize large volumes of data efficiently
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not mandatory.
