Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Facility Operations Analyst in the Fort Story, Virginia Beach, VA area. Essential job duties include maintaining, repairing, and installing various types of equipment and training aids. This position provides maintenance support of all assigned range complex and training requirements. The Facility Operations Analyst will be responsible for operating multiple types of equipment safely in the execution of responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications:
General knowledge in construction skills - carpentry, framing, block, electrical, plumbing, roofing, welding, metal cutting, and heavy construction operations.
- Knowledgeable with the proper operation, setup, and troubleshooting procedures on electronic and mechanical target systems. Possess the ability to learn knew skills directed at repairing and renovating damaged facilities.
Desired Skills:
License to operate grader, backhoe, excavator, bobcat skid steer, roller, front end loader, dozer, and dump truck up to 15 tons and all attachments.
- Be able to work independently, with little or no supervision.
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and must have an interim secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
- Be able to operate a standalone computer without assistance and display expert knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
