CVS Health Senior Consultant, Product Development in Virginia

Job Description

The Senior Consultant, Product Development, on the Care Management Solutions team, will work closely with the Product Innovation Lead Advisor to identify, evaluate, size, develop, test, and scale new product enhancements and strategies to increase client adoption and improve product performance. You will leverage your understanding of the health care solutions market, customer needs, and member experiences to ensure the product is differentiated and impactful. Our Care Management Solutions team manages a portfolio of enterprise solutions that provide value to our clients by building upon our unique CVS Health capabilities to deliver improved health outcomes and cost savings to our customers. You will partner with other colleagues and leaders from across our CVS Health enterprise to drive change. Key stakeholders include: Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Regulatory, Sales, Data Engineering, IT, and Legal to ensure that our products are successful throughout the product lifecycle. Additional scope may include business case development, clinical impact analysis, establishing and evaluating performance guarantees, product pricing, developing product reporting, managing product marketing materials, overseeing product roadmaps and strategic/technical builds, and sales support. You will own key workstreams from end to end to ensure the team builds and launches new Health Advisor enhancements on time and within budget, while executing upon our goals and Enterprise objectives.In this role you will:- Assist in the end-to-end program management of multiple projects within the Care Management portfolio- Monitor product performance and proactively identify and address issues- Work together with project management in the development of timelines, project plans and status reports to monitor projects- Collaborate effectively with cross functional partners and become a contributor on how product design decisions can impact strategic product goals- Become a product SME, deeply understanding how our solutions work, key features, and its architecture- Be the primary contact for cross functional partners related to product design and development- Assist product team in developing solutions to product issues and creating mitigation plan to resolve risks- Identify product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, current market environment and competitive trends- Assist in the development of product marketing strategies- Maintain accurate and complete product development documentation- Working closely with the marketing team, manage and provide marketing materials updates. Manage the clinical and legal approval of marketing materials as needed.- Working closely with sales, develop training materials on product improvements and strategies- Provide support to customer service and sales on product features and functionality, as needed

Required Qualifications

2+ years working in product management or product development roles2+ years of experience in healthcare industry knowledge, preferably in health care technical solutions space2+ years of experience using advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word

• Bachelor’s Degree is required• Preferred in healthcare field, business administration, clinical and operations management
